(We can run shodo sessions for up to 20 students, and other workshops for up to 30 students at a time. For larger numbers, we suggest group rotation).

1. Cancellations: The Japan Foundation, Sydney may cancel a Centre Visit due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to make further arrangements. The Japan Foundation will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by your school, such as bus cancellations.
2. Photo permission: From time to time The Japan Foundation, Sydney may seek to take photos to be used for future promotion on the Japan Foundation, Sydney website, newsletter, and flyers. If we seek to take photos during your visit, we will contact you separately for permission.

5. Library and gallery: The library and gallery are spaces for the general public, so please be mindful and respectful of others present. The library holds some collection items and the gallery may display works which are suitable for mature audiences. Teachers are responsible for supervising their students in public spaces and ensuring that their students' access to such materials in the library / gallery are in alignment with any restrictions the teachers may wish to set.
