Wine Talk Series 2024
TALK SERIES
Red, White and Rosé: A Celebration of Wine and Winemaking in Japan
Calling all wine lovers! Join us in this celebration and exploration of a drink that has seen millennia of history, as we learn about wine culture through manga (Japanese comics), meet winemakers of Japanese wine to hear behind-the-scenes tales of the vicissitudes of winemaking and discover the scientific side of Japan’s own indigenous wine grape varietal.
Wine is enjoyed internationally and remains one of the world’s most popular libations. This talk series is not only for wine enthusiasts but also for people interested in Japanese popular culture, business, agriculture and biology.
After this talk series, you will never look at a bottle of wine in the same way. Enjoy three weeks of wine appreciation!
